A Structured Approach to Growth
Psychedelics don’t do the work for you...
They reveal what’s there.
The experience may open the door, but growth depends on what you do with it. That's why every journey we talk about how to prepare and how to integrate - so you can get the most out of the process during, and after the experience. This framework aligns with modern research and traditional healing practices to create an evidence-based foundation for safety and efficacy.
You may have heard that psychedelics can help treat depression, PTSD, and a multitude of other conditions. But what else can they do? The path to growth looks different for everyone. What we are ready to explore, to heal, to look at differently, all depends on discovering where we are now. However, there are some common threads along the way that many people relate to. Growing out of limiting beliefs. Understanding ourselves, the way we react, what we rely on to meet our needs. Implementing change in our lives means staying curious and open. Personal growth is a truly individualized path, it is often non-linear, and there is not a single right way to do it. One thing is certain - change takes work, and a willingness to let go. When you find yourself feeling that need for growth, tired of the same old patterns, itching for something more, psychedelics can be the catalyst into the next frontier.

Process
The intentional design framework
01
Preparation
Every experience begins with preparation. We clarify your intentions, review relevant personal history, do a brief medical review, and discuss expectations and readiness. This stage establishes safety and creates a grounded framework for the experience.
Preparation reduces uncertainty and allows the process to unfold with greater clarity and stability.
02
Experience
Psychedelic experiences unfold best in environments that are steady and free from distraction.
My role is not to interpret or shape what emerges, but to hold space with calm presence so you can engage your own inner process fully and safely.
03
Integration
Insight alone is rarely enough. Integration is where insight becomes change.
We dedicate time after the experience to reflect on what emerged, identify meaningful patterns, and translate those realizations into practical shifts in daily life. The goal is not to relive the experience, but to apply it.
Services
Individual Facilitation
One-on-one facilitation offers a focused and contained setting for preparation, supported experience, and integration. This format allows for depth, privacy, and pacing tailored to your readiness and goals.
Small Group & Retreat Experiences
Group offerings are conducted in collaboration with trusted facilitators. These settings maintain structure and safety while allowing shared reflection and collective insight within a carefully held environment.

About Me

Jarrad Farlin NMIT
-Colorado License NMIT0000526
-Licensed for Psilocybin Facilitation in CO
I have been part of the psychedelic community for over 20 years and have a deep gratitude for the wisdom this medicine can share with us. Being a facilitator has given me the opportunity to share my experience with others, but the real gift is how much I learn from my clients along the way. Having other people to talk to and unpack these experiences has been a critical part of understanding and integrating all the good that we find here. Holding space for others is a deeply personal responsibility that I carry with the utmost care and respect. Thank you for this opportunity.
I tend to work best with people who:
-
Live primarily in their heads and want to feel more embodied and emotionally present
-
Are capable and high-functioning, yet quietly disconnected from themselves
-
Feel the subtle exhaustion of always being the strong, competent one
-
Question long-held beliefs about achievement, identity, or who they “should” be
-
Notice patterns of overthinking, hyper-independence, or intellectualizing emotion
-
Are navigating a life transition and want to move through it consciously
-
Value structure, preparation, and integration — not just the experience itself
-
Are skeptical of hype but open to honest self-examination
This work isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about becoming more fully yourself.
Psychedelics are not appropriate for everyone
In some cases, a different level of care may be more supportive. If you are experiencing acute psychological distress, unmanaged mental health conditions, or require clinical treatment, I may recommend connecting with a licensed mental health professional first. In certain situations, psychedelic work may be considered later within a structured treatment plan.
For those with severe levels of PTSD or depression, or certain other mental health conditions, I can refer you to a Licensed Clinical Facilitator more equipped to handle higher acuity psychedelic assisted therapy sessions. Safety is always our number one priority in this space.
Are you currently seeing a mental health provider? I work alongside mental health practitioners to provide psychedelic assisted therapy in conjunction with your current treatment plan.
